App Features Include - Muscles / Cardio button to update - Stunning design - Personalise your face or any image to your avatar - Status Bar to see what muscles need updated - Add, Edit, Delete exercise to that specific muscle - Weekly visual colour change to see what muscles need updated(Green check marks to yellow then disappear) Unlike All other fitness apps which can be to much information which make it hard to get the point....
