The software doesn't always work fine with the cameras, for example, I can't stamp the date and time on the videos I save so, is difficult to review a video because I must see the entire video to check something. How can I configure the software in order to grab the date and time on every video it makes?

To make the time and date appear, first you need to access Config > Date to set the current time/date. To make it more accurate, use the NTP synchronization and make sure the camera is connected to the Internet. This will update the date/time automatically. After this operation, the date and time stamp will be embedded in your videos.
Additionally, you can change the time and date for every channel where the cameras are connected. Use the option from the bottom-left area of the Date section.
I set up the software in order to erase old files when there is low space on disk, but it doesn't erase them, besides it's configuration is made. How can I solve this problem?

You need to configure additional settings for the files to auto-delete. Access the Settings menu then go to Record screen. Configure the Del Path and then modify the Min disk free space (GB) option. Additionally, you can also check the Auto delete the earlist file.
