Ticket Agents, Retail, On Board Entertainment
We are hiring for many seasonal, and year-round part-time jobs! We’re looking for folks eager to engage with the public in a friendly and informative manner. Positions offer a wide array of skills and needs – from actors and entertainers on board our train (experience a plus but not necessary), to ticket agents, retail staff, and folks who like decorating for the holidays!

RailCycle Guide
Job Type: Seasonal (April – October)
Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
We are looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as RailCycle guides for the upcoming season. As a RailCycle guide, you will be responsible for leading railcycle tours, interacting with customers, and providing a fun and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
· Lead RailCycle tours and ensure the safety of all customers.
· Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide information about the history and ecology of the area.
· Assist with gift shop sales and answer phones and email as needed.
· Be able to think on your feet and improvise as needed to ensure that our customers have a memorable experience.
· Inspect and maintain equipment as needed.
· Other duties pertaining to the RailCycle operations.
Requirements:
· Must be able to ride and operate a RailCycle for a significant portion of the day. (sometimes up to 21 miles)
· Outgoing and adventurous personality.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work weekends and holidays.
· Safety conscious and alert to surrounding environment.
· Experience repairing bikes preferred, but not required.
· Ability to pass a urine drug test per FRA requirements.
Scheduled working days:
· Wednesday – Sunday
Shift availability:
· Morning/afternoon shift (opening)
· Afternoon/evening shift (closing)
