Users can do a variety of tasks using the Callmax Mobile App: - Listen to call recordings, view caller details, and take notes - Return calls and respond to emergency page-outs - Manage packages that are to be collected by and those to be delivered to the residents - Speed-check (check-in and check-out packages) and manage resident notifications - Manage maintenance and courtesy schedules - Lone Worker Monitoring check in & out, and manage escalations - View, search and edit users - Refer to current greetings, announcements, and a varied FAQ Callmax Mobile App is available to all MRI Callmax Automated Communications users at no additional charge.
