De Wuan Roberson

Director Bridge Air℠/Flight Ops Recruiting

De Wuan has been with Mesa Airlines for over 8 years, serving in multiple leadership roles supporting flight crew scheduling and inflight operations. This background has given him a well-rounded understanding of pilot development from an operational and support standpoint.
Since stepping into his current role, De Wuan has led strategic growth efforts that increased pilot headcount by 40% and improved aircraft availability to 90%, ensuring that pilots have reliable access to aircraft and flight time. These improvements directly support Bridge Air's mission to help pilots build hours faster, without unnecessary delays or high financial burdens.
With a passion for aviation, De Wuan is dedicated to creating a seamless process to help our pilots achieve their aviation goals and creating an unforgettable experience.

Noah Fulmer

Bridge Air Flight Instructor

I began my flying career at ATP Flight School in Mesa, AZ, starting from zero time and progressing through to earn my CFI, CFII, and MEI ratings. During my training, I primarily flew Cessna 172s and Piper Seminoles, gaining a strong foundation in both single- and multi-engine aircraft.
After completing my certifications, I joined Mesa Pilot Development (MPD), now Bridge Air, as a Cadet at the Prescott, AZ, location, where I began building flight time while exploring the skies of northern Arizona. In October 2024, I transitioned into a Flight Instructor role. I'm passionate about aviation and excited to help cadets in the program reach their ATP minimums and achieve their dreams of becoming airline pilots.

Kameron King

Bridge Air Recruiter

I'm Kameron King, the Administrator and Recruiter for the Bridge Air program. I take pride in helping aspiring pilots take the next step in their aviation careers by guiding them through our program, which is designed to support pilots working toward their ATP minimums.
At Bridge Air, we offer a time-building structure unlike any other, with 32 Alpha Trainers based in Glendale, Arizona. Our pilots typically log between 100 to 150 flight hours per month, giving them the opportunity to advance quickly and affordably in a highly structured and professional environment.
As the first point of contact for many pilots entering the program, I work closely with each candidate to ensure a smooth and informed onboarding process. I also support daily operations, provide administrative coordination, and make sure every pilot receives the guidance and communication they need throughout their time with us.
My goal is to be a resource you can count on—from your first conversation with Bridge Air through your final logged hour. If you're ready to take control of your future in aviation, I’m here to help you get started.
