7-Eleven with Gas Pumps
Fairfax County has approved the application to build a new 7-Eleven with gas pumps at 8526 Richmond Highway (Lukens Lane). The current store will be demolished and the new store and the pumps built. The new 7-Eleven would be approximately 4,000 square feet, while the attached retail space would be 2,400 square feet. The new 7-Eleven would be a prototype store, built with environmentally friendly products.
