MountieAPP, the official Mt. SAC mobile application, provides you with faculty and staff contact information, a campus map with a list of buildings, college events, campus news, student grades, daily class schedule, registration hold information, and access to an electronic copy of the course catalog. On campus or on the go, access all-things Mt. SAC wherever you are 24/7 from your mobile devices.
Version History This version has several fixes for previous version crashes and has updated support for new iOS versions. We also have updated the age ratings for countries. 1980.100.12 12/19/2025 The Mt. SAC mobile app interface is entirely new and designed to mirror the look and feel of the browser version of the portal. Information in this new version is organized into cards. Different cards are visible depending on your role. The arrangement of the cards is customizable to meet each user’s needs, as the most frequently used cards can be moved to appear first when the app is loaded. Additional cards can be searched for and added for future use. Information previously available in tabs across the top of the old portal is now organized into categories in the Main Menu. For example, students can see all cards designated to them under the Students category. Additionally, the app sends critically important announcements to a user's mobile phone lock screen via push notifications. 1740.100.7 02/20/2025 This app has been updated to support newer iOS versions. Some additional bug fixes were incorporated as report in the older version. Additionally, support for the new darker theme elements has been incorporated. 5.5 09/30/2020 Various Enhancements 5.2 03/08/2018 - Added support for GPS location on Maps. Addition of map overlays for traffic and transit layers. - Added a Faculty Class Roster for faculty members only. You can now view a list of your students by CRN. - Modifications to the color scheme and new icons. - Redesigned Directory search and departmental list of employees. - Expanded events list to one month by default rather than one week. 1.2.5 05/26/2013 - Addressed issues causing application to crash on iOS 6 devices. - Added a Financial Aid inquiry (not visible unless user logs into the application and is a financial aid recipient.) 1.2.3 10/31/2012 - Fixed an issue which caused a crash when using landscape mode while selecting a building in the Map. - Cleaned up the display of the person data in the Directory listing. - Fixed an error that would occur when selecting a department from the directory. - Added loading feedback when selecting a subject code from the Schedule of Classes. - Added a link to a building on the map when selected from the person data in the directory (NOTE: Not every location has a corresponding map entry at this time.) 1.2.1 06/13/2012 1.2 05/29/2012
