    How technically challenging was the project? Did the team use advanced programming concepts, algorithms, or technology?

    Does the project work as intended? Is it reliable and responsive? Does it have all the major features it talks about? Are there little to no bugs?
  • Usability and Design (UI/UX)
    How user-friendly and visually appealing is the project? Is the interface easy to navigate?
  • Theme Relevance
    How related is the project to the hackathon theme?
  • Presentation and Pitch
    How well did the team present their project? Was their pitch compelling and engaging? Did they effectively communicate the value and purpose of their project? Did they seem passionate about their efforts?
