The app provides official program release music, educational videos, and program notes for instructors to learn and deliver each workout in licensed MOSSA facilities. MOSSA GO enables instructors to stream program music and educational videos from their smart devices. Music and educational videos can be downloaded in offline mode to watch and listen, without internet access, anywhere, anytime.
