Changes: We’ve improved how transactions move from Collect to Review or Approve, giving submitters more control. From now on, transactions no longer auto-progress just because required fields or receipts are present. Instead, submitters must explicitly trigger the transition—unless no inputs are required. This prevents unexpected changes and ensures all required information is truly complete before moving forward. Available for all orgs using Card transactions.
