Standard fees | £199 + up to 1% of your mortgage (Usually a maximum of £499 but will be dependant on your situation) |
Fees for people working in the health sector (e.g. Doctors, Nurses, Midwives etc.) | £398 Flat rate |
NHS Life Insurance Quotation | FREE |
Equity Release | £199 + up to 1% of your mortgage (Usually a maximum of £599 but will be dependant on your situation) |
Equity Release for people working in the health sector (e.g. Nurses, Doctors, Midwives etc.) | £498 Flat rate |
Disclaimer: These fees are correct 99% of the time, however, it is possible in extreme cases that your case may require extra work or personnel due to it’s complexity. If this is the case we will tell you up front, we do not add fees half way through the process.
