Called for help with my business, Was referred by a friend to Doug who immediately handed me off to someone else.The agent I worked with tried to be helpful, but seemed fixated on selling a new website I did not want. I was told "we don't understand what you want" several times, and when I replied to them with 'leads for my business' The agent again went back to pitching a new website. I will note I did not use their services because poor communication and lack of basic understanding are two standouts here.
