No, but no one is...especially in this industry where customer's expectations often go beyond actual scopes of work. Unleaded Group works hard to build clear scopes of work, educate the consumer, maintain schedules and negotiate any changes fairly. Words can't describe how amazing and knowledgable Unleaded has been for us. Their work ethic is second to none. My eCommerce and digital experience span nearly 20 years. When doing the research for a low cost ecommerce platform that was robust and flexible Magento came to the forefront. After completing a detailed analysis, I looked into several Magento partners. In our implementation there would be significant difficult integration with our back end systems. Many Magento partners I contacted did not understand what we needed. Some did not even call back. Jarod was not only extremely responsive; he assured me that they had experience with such integration work and spoke to it in detail. Unleaded definitely proved that they could handle what we threw at them. They were able to build a Magento site with complex integration in under six months. Any delay to the project came back to Unleaded waiting on us, not them. Where I come from (Top 2 eCommerce site on the web), building out a complex solution in this timeline is unheard of and for only a fraction of the cost I would have paid elsewhere. As for customer service and maintenance, Unleaded was many times more responsive than firms I have used in the past. And believe me, the firms I have used are the best in the industry. To give you an example, I found a defect late Friday, not a significant one, but nonetheless, Unleaded worked through the weekend to get it resolved. I spoke with multiple people over the weekend to make sure it was fixed correctly before Monday. If that is not dedication and excellent customer service, I do not know what is.
