We started using JumpFly in 2021 and gradually allowed them to manage our Google, Microsoft & Meta campaigns. We saw decent results in Google & Microsoft but found a big hole in the Meta bucket which led to a six figure loss in ad spend. We wish JumpFly could have caught this issue before we did as they're the ones who were responsible for our campaign but that wasn't the case. Lesson learned was to always look over the reporting with a magnifying glass as they benefit from a higher ad spend while we benefit from a higher return on ad spend. When inaccurate data is being provided that results in a false ROAS and decisions being made off of false data. Lesson learned.
We wanted to partner with an agency that is willing to help our small company continue the growth of our online business, and we found one with JumpFly! They have proven themselves to be supportive both in good and challenging times. In 2023, our industry was dealt a duo of strikes that significantly affected our business.
