I am back with a new post and bringing to you the "latest" in anime and YouTube videos. The first thing I will talk about is an anime called Hell Girl. I have only seen one episode of this but I will go out and buy the series when I have the money to do so. Below is an episode and I will let you judge it on your own terms. No blood or outright violence in the first episode again not sure how bad it may get in later episodes if at all. Curse words, pants stealing and Candy Land Ironforge edition await you!

I cannot give this movie enough praise if you enjoyed Rocky Horror Picture Show and can stand blood then support this movie. It was never given a wide release a stupid move on the movie studios part, but word of mouth can just as easily make this movie a huge success. A couple of links for you. First a clip of one of the musical numbers in the movie. Second link is to the official website of the movie http://www.repo-opera.com/ which will tell you more about it and well, does what websites should do, be informative. The last link is to amazon where you can buy the movie if you wish, or just see if Wal-Mart or other stores carry it(probably not but I am not sure). A desire to move away from HFS	[May. 27th, 2008\|06:15 pm] monkhino
So lately, most that know me through HFS, will know that I have grown tired of the overwhelming stick jock mentality that has started to take over the game and what is stands for. I have been a part of HFS for over 11 years now, started when I was 15yrs old and have never truly left it. I have been spending my time looking at sites like Nero and SCA and got to thinking of why they are successful and so wide spread. It is because of two reasons. They still care for the game they play and the players that are in and constantly try and have stories going and take their characters seriously. Meaning that once an event starts, you are in character from start to finish on Sunday. http://www.neroepic.com/ The second reason and this is the one that will rile up many HFSers is money. Nero and SCA are expensive as hell. 50 bucks for a weekend event sometimes even more. But, they give so much more for that money. How many times has an HFS chapter thrown an event, had someone dip into their own funds to support the event and still gain no money from the event? We need to increase prices, from events to feast fees, to yearly membership fees who knows. But to save HFS we will have to think about some changes and where they need to be made. People need to realize that our dream is dying, those that are in HFS and read this post. Think back to how the game used to be when you first started and look at what it has become now. To me it sickens me and I cannot stand what it is about now. But perhaps I am just jaded and bitter because I will never be as good a fighter as everyone else and just wish I could be useful in other ways. Rambling again so this journal post ends now, those that read it and play HFS feel free to post comments. Those that read this and do not play HFS. Do not dare mock me and my hobbies :p

Again as I am at work, this will have to wait until I get home, but the second I heard about this shooting happening I knew somebody would try and blame on videogames. Placeholder of rage

While I am at work I will let this link sit here and have people read it, then I will start writing my post around 3 or 3:30pm. I am clearly against the thoughts of these people that would do this so the post will be filled with rage against religion and the stupid people that abuse it.

What does one do with ignorant that use religion as a basis to cause harm to others or be an annoyance to many? Freedom of speech comes into play here but so does respect for others. It is fine to hate homosexuals or lesbians, but do things like the above is just down right cruel to the family and those that mourn Heath Ledger.

Who even actually knows if Heath was gay? That does not seem to be the point of their protest, the fact that he starred in a movie about two gay cowboys does not mean he is gay. It may come as a shock to some of those people but actors on screen are acting! :O I never knew actors were paid to play a role on screen that is completely different from themselves. Holy shit my world has just exploded.

Sorry I got off topic. These people should not have the right to do what they are doing, to disrupt someone's funeral to force your views upon others in attendance is just wrong. To protest openly and be so hateful towards what is a choice that you have no right to try and change is wrong. I am agnostic in my faith to the degree that I believe there is a higher power out there, I will not place the names that have been given to it by society but I will live my life the way I wish it and if I appear in the afterlife and am judged as living my life wrong I will accept that fate.

The reason for that is because the fate I am given is due to the choices in my life. I know I lived my life as best I could I was nice to those I met, I helped those that I could, I did not harm anyone fatally, I judged others, but I kept that secret. Everyone judges people upon first sight, based on looks, mannerisms and reaction to things around them and how they interact with people.

Judgment...A great word that is used a lot by the fanatical like they themselves have the right to call down on anyone what their final fate will be. I have never read the bible so I will not speak of that, but in my eyes being homosexual or bisexual or lesbian is not wrong, it is your life choice that makes you happy and that is all that life is about, being happy.

If one passes into the afterlife and is sent to a place called Hell because he was gay then the greater power is not as forgiving as many believe, I will not believe that one that created everything and gave us free will would then damn us because we have chosen to lay with another person of the same sex. Judge by the crimes against others, not because of lifestyle choices.

I am sorry, I have lost the point of the post and will end it here after saying one more thing. Using your religion to bully others into what you consider acceptable views is not right. Never force another person to accept your views and do not take offense when they try and teach you of their views. That just makes you close minded and foolish.
