I AM QUITTING NANO.


But not for the reasons you think. First off, it is becoming more of a chore than anything. Also, when you don't really have anyone there to prod you along/track your progress with etc. it gets pretty boring. Also, I've come down with a wicked sinus infection which is kicking the shit out of me. On top of that, my stomach ulcer is giving me trouble again and I might be looking at surgery in December or January. Which we cannot afford. So I really don't feel like sitting up and slaving over a story. I like my plot though, so I will finish it, just not now.

On that note, I am taking a hiatus from LJ. I don't know if I'll be back but I would like to focus on my art, as well as getting better. It's been fun guys, but I'm outta here faster than a fat kid playing dodgeball!

nano actually started.... five hours ago, but the site is not accepting applicants right now. so ive given my email to be reminded. i forgot what my lj was for nano last year so i made a new one with the first two words that popped into my mind: monday and breakaway—the latter being the title to a song i was singing at the time. anyway, due to people actually thieving my work last year, i am making this journal friends only. that way, i can know who is reading my progress, and i can make damn sure you aren't pirating. its really pathetic that i have to do this. honestly. but shit happens. so drop a comment. actually lemme know who you are if i dont have you friended on my regular lj(stupid_thing).
