Our Mission & Vision
Leading people and families to the Answers, Help, and Hope that they have been looking for through love and leverage. Our mission is to provide Services Facilitation for people approved for Virginia’s Medicaid Waivers (CCC PlusA Virginia Medicaid waiver program that provides services to elders and people with physical disabilities in the community (as opposed to in a nursing home) to prevent the premature institutionalization of these groups. Services available via this waiver include assistance with the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, light housecleaning, preparation of meals, and monitoring of medications. We serve individuals and their families by providing resources, information, engaging in advocacy through community- and state-wide networks, and by assisting people in navigating the waiver world’s constant changes because everyone deserves a fulfilling quality of life.
