At MODU Valves, you are guaranteed 100% traceability, which ensures consistent quality. Verified and certified. This is achieved by inspecting and serializing every ball valve, providing an absolute guarantee of a problem-free, complaint-free product. Everything is done digitally, eliminating human errors.
For each ball valve:
- Serial number + QR
- Traceability for all wetted parts (7 certificates per valve)
- Productions log
- Torque of each body bolt
- Torque of stem nut
- Torque of operating the complete valve
One-to-One certificate = The customers proof of each individual valve is 100% qualified.
