Customer satisfaction and safe delivery remain extremely important to us. In the rare event that a model is damaged during shipping, Modelworks Direct will coordinate the return, reconstruction, repair, and reshipment of the project at no additional cost to the customer.

Our team will cover applicable reconstruction and shipping expenses associated with verified transit damage claims to help ensure the customer ultimately receives the completed model in proper condition.
