- This model extension offers the possibility to simulate the sinoatrial node cell models of Severi et al. (2012) and Fabbri et al. (2017) with the AC-cAMP-PKA signalling cascade based on the work of Behar et al. (2016) and fixes the [ISO]-induced conductance changes in ICaL as described by Linder et al.
