MMANA-GAL_Basic 3.5

MMANA-GAL Basic by GAL-ANA is a free Windows application for modeling, analyzing, and optimizing wire antennas. Built on a Method of Moments solver, it helps radio amateurs, students, and RF enthusiasts design practical antennas and predict their performance before building.

Key capabilities:

• Create and edit antenna geometry for dipoles, verticals, Yagis, loops, and multiband wires
• Simulate input impedance, SWR across frequency, gain, front-to-back ratio, current distribution, and efficiency
• Visualize 2D and 3D radiation patterns for far-field analysis
• Sweep frequency and adjust materials, conductor sizes, and common ground models (including free space and real ground)
• Use a built-in optimizer to automatically tune element lengths and spacing to meet targets such as resonance, low SWR, or higher gain
• Start quickly with included example antennas and save/share models

The Basic edition focuses on the core tools most users need for accurate, fast simulations and practical antenna design, while the Pro edition (available separately) adds advanced features. MMANA-GAL Basic is lightweight, responsive, and well-suited to rapid design iterations on typical desktop PCs.
