That experience changed how I see business problems—because I understand what founders and business leaders are actually dealing with behind the scenes, not just in theory.

Born in Brazil and shaped by Europe, I bring a global perspective to every engagement—working across cultures, industries, and business stages with the same approach: honest diagnosis, clear strategy, and execution that holds together.
