It is thought that an app you uninstall from your cell phone, doesn’t delete permanently. Some of its files remain in the background that keep affecting your device in some way. People say that such apps you uninstall keep tracking your data and hog your cell phone memory as its still attached with your google account. So, it’s a good idea to remove them from your google account too so that the apps you uninstall from your cell phone can be deleted permanently.

Steps to uninstall apps permanently;
- Open Play Store
- Go to your account by clicking on your profile icon
- Go to Manage Apps and Device
- Then go to Manage
- Click on This Device
- Then, Click on Not Installed
- Select all and delete them
