Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, intimate products, or sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
