From April 29 to May 2, we welcome Young Chef of the Year 2026, David-Alexandre Bruno, to Brussels.
Chef and founder of Quartz, he trained in some of Belgium’s most renowned kitchens before opening his own restaurant.
His cuisine is a contemporary take on French gastronomy, guided by seasonality and precision, with sauces as his true signature.

Enjoy our weekly offer at €26 per person (instead of €35) for a starter and main course or a main course and dessert.
The main course features the Chef’s weekly suggestion, always including a vegetarian option, served within 45 minutes.

Timber accommodates groups of 10 to 30 guests daily, with the option for larger groups to privatize the venue.
- LUNCH: Choice of a 2-course or 3-course menu, including wine, water, and coffee/tea.
- DINNER: 3-course menu with shared starters and desserts, plus an individual main course. Drinks not included.
