Interruptions & Maintenance
27/03/2026 : Currently, some customers may experience a technical issue with Microsoft 365 backups. Our support team is working on resolving the problem.
26/3/2026 12:10: A new version has been released that fixes the scheduled backup problem. It should automatically install, if it does not you can re-install the current software version over the old one without losing settings.
23/3/2026 : The latest version of the software has a bug. As a result, scheduled backups no longer start while backup processes remain in memory.
Every third Thursday of the month between 9:00 and 16:00, Mindtime Backup has the possibility to do maintenance. On these days there is a possibility the servers or MMS aren't available for a few moments.
Ongoing Interruption
HTTPS certificate on all backupXX.mindtime.nl servers has been replaced and V9 or older clients can no longer make an HTTPS connection.
Download and install the latest backup client version to resolve this.
