Live in the moment. Do what you are doing. Mindfullness Timers help you be present. Use the seven included timers or create your own. iPhone plus users can enjoy up to 17 timers on a single screen. Max timers per device size: 5.5 inch screen: 17 4.7 inch screen: 15 4 inch screen: 13 3.5 inch screen: 12 Tapping the "New Day" sun will reset all timer values to zero. Every day, we begin again. The new Apple Watch app makes it even easier to keep yourself in the moment. Timers you create on the phone will sync to the watch automatically. If the watch and phone are ever out of sync, simply open both apps and tap a timer on the device that reflects accurate values. This will sync the devices.
