We are in Yiwu China where has the largest wholesale market in the world.

2. Do you only source products from Yiwu Market?

No, we can source products from other cities as well. Our staffs are on regular business trips for factory audits, customer guides as well.

3. What is your advantage compared to other agents?

Transparency. Our team members worked in factories, trading companies before, but they don’t like the way their ex-company make a profit from the clients.

We put everything on the table and look for a long-term relationship instead of making quick money.

4. Where are your clients mainly from?

Our clients come from different parts of the world like the United States, Australia, Denmark, Singapore, Paraguay, etc.

5. Will you negotiate the price on my behalf?

Yes, we can. We work on your behalf to bargain the price, sign the contracts, check the quantity and quality, etc.

6. What is your general payment term?

Our payment term is 30% deposit and 70% before shipping. For regular clients, 70% can be paid against the scan copy of B/L.

And the payment can be wire transferred, paid to Alibaba trade assurance, or by Paypal.

7. How to start using your service?

8. Why do you ask clients to buy from 1688.com?

1688.com is the Chinese version of Alibaba. There are suppliers buying from 1688.com and reselling on Alibaba or AliExpress. For example, we don’t have any products, but we can easily buy from 1688 and resell on Alibaba and AliExpress. General speaking, if you were buying from the Yiwu market or other wholesale markets before, then 1688 can be a great choice for you as well.

9. Do you know how to send goods to Amazon FBA?

Yes, we have been shipping to Amazon FBA regularly by sea and by air. When you have products ready, no matter it is sourced by us or not, we can collect them into our warehouse. Send us the Amazon FNSKU Label, we can apply the label on each product. After that, your products will be packed into cartons under Amazon warehosue regulations. Amazon shipping label will also be labeled. By the way, we can the package customization, repacking, poly-bagging, bundling, etc. More services can be discussed case by case.

10. Do you do quality check before shipping?

Yes, your personal sourcing agent will do quality check before shipping. Every ordered carton would be randomly checked. If you are buying some industrial products which are more sophisticated and delicate, we can also connect you with professional 3-rd party inspection service.

11. How do you find and recognize the real factory for large manufacturing order?

We can recognize a real factory buy simple searching. But we can not ensure that would be a good factory for your large manufacturing order. Our sourcing agents normally source from a couple of factories and request for samples after documents check. If one’s service is good and price is fit, we would schedule factory visit to double check. Remember, large factory may not always be your first choice.

12. How do you guarantee my money/my business?

When you are importing wholesale goods from China, there are many things to worry. Money safety is of first priority. Our company has cooperation with clients worldwide and enjoys a good reputation. And we always keep a necessary practice of signing leagal purcahsing contracts with our suppliers.

13. Can you buy and ship for me if I have my own suppliers?

Yes, we can help you consolidate orders from your own suppliers. Your orders can also enjoy our one month free warehousing service. After all orders ready, we can make a shipment all in one.

14. Do you only work with large buying quantities?

No, we work with large and small buyers. In the past few years, a lot of Amazon sellers started from 20-50 pcs order, with the help of our service, they expanded their product categories and increased the order quantities.
