MILC’s IRIS Consultant Agency (MILC-ICA) partners with frail elders and people with disabilities to plan and direct their long-term care support and services to help them live independent and productive lives within their communities.

Our services are participant-directed, so you self-direct your long-term health care needs. Our IRIS Consultants understand independent living philosophies and the importance of self-direction — more choice, control, flexibility, freedom, and responsibility.
