Dr. Stacy Manni is an Army Combat Veteran. She received her PhD in Physical Chemistry from Kent State University. She brings a background in coordinating technological, scientific, and research-related activities; assessing and capitalizing on technological opportunities; steering program functions and programmatics; and managing high profile budgets and contracts. She brings experience as a Senior Physical Scientist and International Program Officer for the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR), Southern Office of Aerospace Research and Development (SOARD) in Santiago, Chile. In recognition of her work in this role, she received an Air Force Exemplary Civilian Service Award, her second in over her 12 years with the Air Force.

Amanda Ridge received her MBA from Goldey-Beacom College. She brings a background supervising large engagement teams; managing multiple, complex projects with different needs; managing high profile budgets and contracts; and a deep knowledge of accounting, compliance, and audit. As the Lead Program Manager, Amanda handles federal grants management, technology transfer, budget management, and forecasting. She was previously a Senior Consultantfor Deloitte & Touche in Los Angeles, CA.

Liz Homrig received her Master of Public Affairs in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). She is the program manager and coordinates and plans the events for AFRL Regional Network-Midwest. She was the Assistant Director, Championships and Alliances for the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) and the Director of Championship Operations for the National Junior College Athletic Association (NCJAA).

Dr. Lindsey Macdonald received her PhD in Rhetoric and Composition from Purdue University. In addition to her role with the AFRL Regional Network – Midwest, she is the National Security Writer for the Purdue Office of Research Communications and the Purdue Applied Research Institute. She also leads reporting and communication efforts for the Purdue Energetics Research Center (PERC). Lindsey compiles, writes, and edits reports; creates content for news articles and promotional material; and helps develop social media strategy.
