The purpose of this application/add-on is not to record YouTube playback, but to enable playback of XESC files on machines that do not have Expression Encoder installed.
If you want to record YouTube playback, simply use a desktop recorder application like Bandicam or Camtasia. They are not free, but you can successfully test the features in the trial versions without any limits, then decide to buy or now.
Alternatively you can use YouTube downloaders to save the entire video file directory to your PC.
I have installed this software and tested the tool. But it will only record 30 min. How can I make it to records more than 3 hrs?

You will need a service pack to apply to the application to remove the time limit for the recording session. Access Microsoft Support website and download the package then install it. Reboot the computer and the time limit should be removed and you will have the possibility record for as long as you want.
Note: The package requires a valid key for Microsoft Expression Encoder Screen Capture.
