Helping people and organizations achieve extraordinary results in imperfect circumstances.
Bestselling Author, International Speaker & Accessible High-Performance Expert blending productivity, resilience, and automation.

Turning life with narcolepsy into a masterclass in resilience, action, and productivity.
I speak on stages across North America to help people overcome fear, get out of their own way, and finally take action; no matter what obstacles they face.
Most people think resilience is about toughing it out.
I believe it’s about getting honest, getting creative, and getting moving; even if you’re scared, tired, or not “ready.”
Especially then.
If you are an event organizer, team leader, podcast host, or human with a big dream, I’ll help you and your audience cut through the noise and take your next bold steps forward.
Don’t Snooze Your Dreams
The book that proves it’s possible to build a big life; even when your body or mind is telling you to give up.
Don’t Snooze Your Dreams is part memoir, part how-to guide, and all heart.
It’s already a bestseller in 18 categories, and it’s being used by leaders, educators, and advocates across North America to spark real conversations about resilience, invisible disabilities, and ambition.
“Raw, funny, and brilliantly honest.”
“This book changed the way I think about my own excuses.”
“The dog chapter made me cry in the best way.”

Inspiring audiences to stop waiting and start doing... even when it’s hard.
This is not a narcolepsy story. It’s a wake-up call for your audience.
My signature keynote, Don’t Snooze Your Dreams, helps audiences rethink what’s holding them back—and teaches them how to take meaningful action, even when life throws curveballs.
I bring stories, strategy, and zero fluff.
I’ve delivered this talk dozens of times to unions, colleges, executive leaders, and national conferences.
Every time, people laugh, cry (in the best way!), and walk away ready to do something about their dreams.

My service dog. My travel buddy. Your new favorite keynote co-star.
Quinn is a Great Dane trained to detect my narcolepsy episodes before I even feel them coming.
She’s also a Grand Champion show dog, swims better than most people, and (let’s be honest) steals the show every time.
If you bring me to your event, you get to meet Quinn too.
I really related to Michelle as someone who also has an invisible disability.
Her willingness to walk proud with her huge service dog and not be intimidated by people who put her down gives me strength to pursue my dreams too.
