Shipping Methods
PREMIUM IN-HOME DELIVERY
All items are shipped via Premium In-Home Delivery. The service includes:
- Items will be taken to the room of your choice
- Light assembly will be completed where needed
- Trash will be removed as the delivery service leaves
Prior to delivery, prepare your home by doing the following:
- Move existing furniture to make space for your beautiful new items
- Clear a path, moving any furniture, rug or artwork that’s in the way
Due to liability, delivery service providers cannot move any existing furniture within the residence, nor are they permitted to move and/or set-up any electrical wiring or equipment.
All items not shipped by premium in-home delivery are shipped by parcel delivery service to your doorstep.

We currently deliver to the contiguous United States only. Our apologies to our friends in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and overseas and those who have FPO and APO addresses. If you have questions, please contact:

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the type of item(s) ordered.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS. WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?
Premium In-Home Delivery
We make every attempt to ship your in-home delivery items together. However, due to the nature of many of the made-to-order products, this is not always possible.
Parcel Delivery
These items are shipped as soon as they are available and may arrive separately.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A DELIVERY?
Premium In-Home Delivery
Our residential delivery service will be in contact with you directly for you to schedule delivery of your items when your items are available to ship. We can provide contact information should you need to reach out to them.
Parcel Delivery
If an order includes a parcel delivery, we will provide tracking information so that you may follow the journey of your items.
WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED ASSEMBLED?
Premium In-Home Delivery
All items will arrive assembled with exceptions on certain casegoods and beds. Any light assembly required will be completed by our residential delivery service in your home at time of delivery.
DO YOU OFFER/ WHAT IS CONSIDERED 'WHITE GLOVE SERVICE'?
Yes. Our larger items are delivered by premium in-home delivery, which is a white glove service.
Our delivery agents will arrive to your home at your scheduled delivery appointment, take your item to the room of your choice and complete light assembly when needed. Trash will also be removed as they leave.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WILL SHIPPING BE REFUNDED?
Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Restocking fees may apply. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES FROM A SINGLE ORDER?
No, we are currently confined to one shipping address per order.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
We make every effort to ensure our customers receive their item(s) as quickly as possible. Given many of our products are built to order, it is not always possible to expedite an order. Please contact our Customer Service team to discuss your individual needs—we will do our best to help!
DO YOU TAKE AWAY OLD FURNITURE/ MATTRESSES?
No, we are not able to remove old furniture or mattresses from your home. Our residential delivery service is only able to place, construct and clear trash for the new item delivery.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
We currently deliver to the contiguous United States only. No, we do not currently ship overseas.
DO YOU SHIP TO HAWAII, PUERTO RICO OR ALASKA?
No, we do not currently ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO OR FPO ADDRESSES?
No, we do not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses.
