Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility Period: Program runs annually from November 1 to October 31.
    1. All rewards must be redeemed by December 1st of each program year.
    2. Points do not roll over into the next year.
    3. Unused rewards are forfeited after the deadline.
  2. Earning & Redemption
    1. $50 in reward value is earned for every $1,000 spent, excluding sales tax and Matterport hosting.
    2. Rewards may be redeemed earlier than November 1, at any time during the earning period.
    3. Spend is calculated at the management group level across all associated properties.
  3. Minimum Redemption
    1. Rewards can be redeemed once you have $500 of reward value on account, with a minimum redemption amount per redemption of $500.
  4. Eligible Uses: Rewards may be redeemed exclusively for:
    1. Community event sponsorships
    2. Charitable donations in the company’s name
    3. Employee awards/recognition initiatives
    4. Professional development and education events
    5. Branded marketing enhancements (photo/video)
  5. Recognition Requirement: All redemptions must include Metroplex 360 sponsorship acknowledgment, including:
    1. Metroplex360 logo
    2. Website URL (www.metroplex360.com)
  6. Account Standing: To redeem rewards, the account must be:
    1. In good financial standing
    2. Free of any overdue invoices or unresolved disputes at the time of redemption.
  7. Account Balance: Metroplex360 reserves the right to manage account balances in alignment with the program’s intent to reward active, engaged, and financially current customers.
  8. Unpaid Balances Deduction:
    1. Any outstanding invoices at the time of a redemption request will be deducted from the total eligible reward value prior to approval.
  9. Aged Invoice Offset:
    1. Metroplex360 reserves the right to automatically settle any invoice that is 120 days or more overdue using funds accrued through the Loyalty Rewards Program. This deduction will be applied without prior approval and will be confirmed in writing after adjustment.
  10. Non-Transferability:
    1. Rewards are non-transferable. If a property is sold or transferred to another management company, the accrued value does not carry over.
  11. General Conditions:
    1. Metroplex360 reserves the right to audit spend and redemption claims.
    2. Metroplex360 may revise or terminate the program with 30 days’ written notice.
    3. Misuse or misrepresentation may result in disqualification from the program.
