"Thank you for all the work and energy you put into our house project. We really love our new home. It looks amazing, better than we imagined seeing it as black and white lines on a large sheet of paper. We see now, what you were going for - a design that fit into the neighborhood and was proportionate with the original house. The entry way is very attractive and definitely changes the look and feel of the house. We get so many compliments on the craftsmanship. The mudroom cubbies and benches have already become useful in corralling all of our outside stuff. It is so great to nave some place to put all our shoes, coats, and whatever else the kids drag into our house. We get so many compliments on how it turned out. We appreciate your patience and support walking us through the entire process, we recognize that we had a lot of questions and concerns! You were so patient and supportive, always putting us at ease. The care and consideration you had for our project, as well as all of the advice you gave in helping us make the right decisions made us know that we were in good hands. You definitely went above and beyond what we had expected in working with MacFarlane to ensure our air conditioning system was installed in a way that would be less intrusive, more effective, and comfortable for us. It was helpful that you were able to communicate directly with Dianne Matta at FW Webb to coordinate the tile, hardware/faucets and vanities. Taking the middle person (me) out of the process, really helped to ensure that things went smoothly for all. We miss having your team around. Their work ethic was admirable, and they were all thoughtful, respectful, and just really nice people. We enjoyed their company - having many side conversations about their work and families. Your sub-contractors were great too, especially the hardwood floor company and painters - polite, nice, thoughtful, high quality of work, and so clean! The entire construction experience was interesting and a lot of fun to watch it all come together - quite the educational experience for all of us! Its hard to believe we started this 2 years ago with our 1st meeting. We wish you and your family the best. "
