AmeriCorps members serve their community to reduce hunger, provide engagement for youth, promote job readiness, and support increased Public Health Access. In exchange for service, AmeriCorps Members receive a bi-weekly living allowance and an end-of-term education award.

Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 17 years old or older by program start date 
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Access to reliable transportation to and from host site on a daily basis-must possess a valid driver’s license
  
• Available for the entire duration of the program
