Vice President of Engineering

Position Overview:
The Vice President of Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for engineering strategy, execution, and organizational development at Metropolitan Air Technology (MAT). This role owns the full engineering lifecycle—from product design and validation through production readiness, certification, and lifecycle change management—while ensuring engineering systems, tools, and processes scale with MAT’s growth.
The VP of Engineering serves as the technical authority and organizational leader, balancing hands-on product leadership in regulated HVAC products with the development of people, processes, and platforms that enable speed, quality, and compliance.
OEM Account Executive
Department: Sales
Reports to: VP Sales & Marketing
Position Overview:
The OEM Account Executive will be responsible for driving OEM sales growth, managing key OEM relationships, and expanding MAT’s footprint in the HVAC industry. This role combines strategic account management, business development, and technical sales expertise to deliver solutions that create long-term value for MAT and our partners.
