Welcome to Metabologia – a new journal from the EASD and sister journal of Diabetologia.
Metabologia is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that aims to publish experimental, pre-clinical, clinical, translational and interdisciplinary research on all forms of diabetes and its complications, obesity, and metabolic aspects of other conditions, including cardiovascular, renal and hepatic disease. This includes comorbidity, nutrition and exercise, psychosocial aspects, and health economics and technology.
The journal will publish original research, relevant and significant observations, robust pilot studies, clinical trials, novel qualitative studies, real-world studies, high-quality reviews, and informative systematic reviews and meta-analyses from across the globe. Negative findings from well-designed, adequately powered studies will also be considered.
Before submitting, check out our Instructions for Authors including details of which checklist should accompany your manuscript.
