In this post, @FoggyFinder had proposed an edit. He removed flag then, added flag. But, I saw both was showing. So, I had gone to edit page. I saw there's only flags.
I think I had read a question similar to this. I don't remember that's why I created this question.
I had refreshed the page and, checked again that moment. Even, I had opened new tab also. But, 2 hours later when I checked again I noticed it is showing correctly.
I don't know what happened. So, I am adding discussion tag also.
