Farm

August takes us to the farm. I didn’t have to think too long about what to do. I mean, it’s kind of in the name…Memory BARN Studio. So off on a barn tour I went. I kept trying to decide what style, color, ease of making, and I never really settled on one. So I did like everyone else does. I Googled it!

But then I remembered, I have a barn literally a 2 minute walk from my house. See, we live on what used to be my husband’s grandpa’s farm. And this is the barn that was on the original homestead.

I always enjoyed the walk to the house and barn. New owners and lack of maintaining the lane have made it a hindrance to get back there. Thankfully I still have the picture as this became my inspiration for the barn block.
