MELSOFT PROFIBUS CommDTM 1.1

MELSOFT PROFIBUS CommDTM is a communication Device Type Manager from Mitsubishi Electric Europe that connects FDT-compliant engineering and asset management tools to PROFIBUS networks. It provides a standardized interface for commissioning, parameterization, and diagnostics of PROFIBUS DP devices—and, when used with DP/PA links or couplers, PROFIBUS PA devices—via supported Mitsubishi Electric PROFIBUS master interfaces.

Key capabilities:

• Integrates with FDT/DTM frame applications to give unified access to PROFIBUS devices from a single workstation.
• Works with compatible Mitsubishi Electric controllers and PROFIBUS master modules, enabling centralized device setup and maintenance.
