Where are you located?
We have Five locations across Jordan, with our head office at the 3rd Circle in Amman and branches at the Kurum st, Aqaba, Zarqa, and Irbid.
What are your working hours?
Our working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday, at all our locations and branches, except for:
our branches at Marka and Salt, it is from 08:00 AM to 3:00 PM from sunday to Wedensday
8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Thursday
Where can I pay for my insurance?
You can pay fo your your insurance using the following methods:
- Cash: Visit one of our authorized payment locations.
- e-Fawateercom: Use the e-Fawateercom online platform or mobile app.
- Wire transfer: Send a wire transfer to our designated bank account.
Where can I collect my cheque for motor claims?
You can collect your motor claim cheque from the Motor Accidents Department located at our 3rd Circle branch.
Where can I initiate a motor claim process?
Please visit the Motor Accidents Department located at our 5th Circle branch. Our experienced team is ready to assist you with all your motor claim needs.
