Guests and visitors shall scan the QR code and submit their feedback regarding the hospitality provided by the facility they have visited. Also Guests and visitors shall receive the link of feedback in mobiles. Guest Relation Executive also shall capture the feedback of guests and visitors in the mobile to monitor their experiences.

PROM Management:

Employees can enter the outcome data for the process related outcome measures for various defined process by using the mobile app.
