The MedNet mHealth App is a customer centric solution designed exclusively for MedNet members. It enables beneficiaries to interact with their respective MedNet and facilitates dealing with health related matters in a digitalized way. The core features of the application include:
• Find a medical facility based on geo-location and network eligibility
• Book an appointment with a provider
• Get provider contacts and directions via maps
• Submit reimbursement claims directly via mobile (including upload of documents via mobile camera)
• Health tools featuring a medical conditions and procedures library, a BMI calculator and blood pressure recorder as well as health news and videos
• Live chat functionality enabling interaction between the insured member and MedNet
• Receive text, picture, voice or video messages sent by MedNet with up to date information for beneficiaries
• Contact information including navigation options to the nearest MedNet office
Functionalities in the application are customized to cardholder categories
