Emergency Care

When our Emergency Department opened to the public in late 2017, it tripled in size with capacity for 38 treatment areas in order to accommodate over 45,000 patient visits a year. It now includes a new triage process and a dedicated paediatric short stay space.

But the work did not stop with this newly expanded space. We will never stop innovating and finding better ways to serve our community. With our donor’s philanthropic support, we will continue to fund new equipment and innovative programs and technologies for our community.
