Having acquired global exposure across multiple continents, I have always been passionate about bringing world-class expertise, practices, and insights to our organization — for the benefit of our consumers, investors, and partners.
Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of working closely with some of the finest minds in the tile industry, gaining hands-on experience in design, exports, international sales, and large-scale retail operations. This diverse exposure allowed me to gain deep insights into both product innovation and market dynamics — from understanding client preferences at the ground level to navigating the complex frameworks of global exports.
While managing multiple retail showrooms, collaborating with architects and builders, and directly engaging with international clientele, I witnessed the evolving needs of customers and the immense potential that global markets hold for our brand. My international business journey — spanning across North America, Europe, and other regions — enabled me to establish meaningful connections, open up new markets, and build an export-focused roadmap for MCPL.
As we continue expanding our global presence — opening branches, onboarding international partners, and reaching new geographies — my core focus remains on translating global exposure into sustainable growth for MCPL. Our goal is not only to serve clients but to build enduring relationships that reflect our values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.

As one of MCPL’s founding members, Mr. Kiran has been instrumental in transforming the company’s vision into a robust infrastructure. His meticulous planning and execution have laid the physical and operational foundation of MCPL — building state-of-the-art warehouses, distribution hubs, and showrooms that support the company’s rapid expansion in India. His continued focus on efficient infrastructure enables MCPL to scale operations seamlessly across growing global markets.
General Manager
Mr. Deven Sanura plays a vital role in driving MCPL’s operational growth, profitability, and internal team culture. With his strong managerial acumen, he has built a work environment rooted in collaboration, accountability, and performance. His leadership ensures operational discipline across departments while fostering a unified, growth-oriented organization that continues to deliver consistent value to customers and stakeholders.
Independent Director
With over two decades of experience across commercial operations, sales, and marketing, I have had the opportunity to work closely with MNC organizations in India, contributing to both business growth and organization-building capabilities.
As an Independent Director and a Management Consultant, my focus has been on providing practical, experience-driven guidance to leadership teams, particularly in the areas of corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency. Being an IICA Certified Independent Director, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, I remain committed to upholding strong governance standards and ethical business practices.
My academic background, including a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Bombay (UDCT) and a Master’s in Marketing Management from NMIMS, has helped me bring a balanced perspective that combines analytical thinking with market understanding.
I believe that sustainable growth comes from disciplined governance, clear strategy, and the ability to adapt to evolving business environments.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Since joining MCPL in 2018, my journey has been centered around building strong financial systems that support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Over the years, I have focused on strengthening financial discipline, improving operational efficiency, and aligning our financial strategies with the company’s broader vision.
With a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, I bring a structured and analytical approach to financial planning, cost management, and business decision-making. My role at MCPL involves ensuring transparency, accountability, and robust financial controls across all functions.
I strongly believe that financial strength is the backbone of any successful organization. At MCPL, we are committed to maintaining this strength while adapting to changing market dynamics and exploring new growth opportunities.
As we move forward, my focus remains on supporting the company’s expansion with a disciplined, forward-looking financial approach that creates lasting value for our stakeholders.
Independent Director
With over three decades of experience in corporate finance, governance, and taxation, I have had the opportunity to work across diverse industries including finance, telecommunications, metals, chemicals, and agro-business. My journey has been shaped by leading finance, treasury, and audit functions at organizations such as Hindalco Industries, Bayer, Indofil Industries, and Reliance Communications.
As Chief Financial Officer at Tanna Agro Impex, I focused on strengthening financial structures, including expanding working capital limits and building stronger banking relationships—experiences that reinforced my approach to financial strategy and risk management.
Currently, as an Independent Director, I work closely with leadership teams to provide strategic guidance on corporate governance, financial oversight, and long-term value creation. Alongside this, I lead Patel Sunil & Associates, advising businesses on operational and strategic matters.
I believe sustainable growth is driven by disciplined financial practices, strong governance, and the ability to make informed, forward-looking decisions in a dynamic business environment.
Non-Executive Director
With over 35 years of involvement in MCPL’s journey, I have witnessed the company grow from its early foundations into what it is today. Being closely associated with the business over the years, my focus has always been on ensuring stability, consistency, and alignment with our core values.
As a Non-Executive Director, I actively contribute to key decisions and strategic direction, while maintaining a close understanding of day-to-day operations. This allows me to support the leadership team in making balanced and practical decisions that drive sustainable growth.
I strongly believe that long-term success is built on discipline, transparency, and a clear sense of purpose. At MCPL, we remain committed to these principles as we continue to evolve and strengthen our presence.
