Newly renovated gymnasium at McClymonds High School now named for McClymonds graduate
The gym renovations came courtesy of Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation, Stephen and Ayesha Curry, and the Curry Brand at Under Armour. The ribbon-cutting ceremony happened on Wednesday afternoon before a game between McClymonds and Skyline High.

We offer career pathways in engineering, health, and media, and provide mentoring, social-emotional support, and community partnerships. Our teachers partner with families to guide each student’s growth. As part of OUSD, we help students rise with confidence, care, and real-world readiness.

As we head into the winter holiday break, I invite us all to slow down, recharge, and embrace the peace this season can bring. I know this isn’t an easy time for our district as we continue to make difficult decisions about our budget, and many of us are still processing recent tragedy in our city.
