Mathmos Golden Ticket Prize Draw T&Cs

Mathmos Golden Tickets are hidden inside selected product boxes or emailed directly to customers. If you are lucky enough to get a Mathmos Golden Ticket, you’ve instantly won a reward. Prizes will vary by promotion, so always check your product box and inbox for a Golden Ticket. Follow Mathmos on social media and email for the latest Golden Ticket updates.

1. Mathmos (the promoter) may amend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. Decisions are final.
2. Golden Ticket claims must be made within 3 months of receipt; after this, they are void.
3. Prizes will be stipulated by Mathmos for each golden ticket promotion. No alternatives, substitutions, or compensation will be offered.
4. The promotion is open only to residents of the UK and mainland Europe. Orders exported elsewhere are void.
5. A set number of Golden Tickets will be randomly placed in eligible product packaging or emailed directly to winning customers. 
6. Original Golden Tickets must be retained for verification. Mathmos may verify eligibility and disqualify invalid or fraudulent claims.
7. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18+. Employees, affiliates, and immediate families are not eligible.
8. By claiming, you accept these terms. Non-compliance will result in loss of the prize.
9. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
   

Prizes

• Each Golden Ticket entitles the holder to one reward only.
• Mathmos will announce specific prizes and eligible models per promotion.
• Rewards apply only to the product containing the Golden Ticket, unless otherwise stated. No retrospective claims for other items are permitted.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other compensation.
• If an order contains multiple items, only the item with the Golden Ticket is eligible.
  

Two Ways To Win

• Mathmos Golden Tickets will either be found physically inside your product box or digitally in your email inbox. Check both when entering a Mathmos Golden Ticket event.
  

Refund Method

• Where the prize is a refund, it will only be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 10 working days after confirmation of claim.

All Mathmos Competitions Terms and Conditions

• The promoter is Mathmos Ltd (company no 02526274) whose registered office is at Unit 3, 19 Willis Way, Poole, Dorset BH15 3SS.
• The competition is open to residents of Europe aged under 18 years, except employees of Mathmos Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
• Mathmos reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• Mathmos is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Mathmos’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• The winner’s names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: cservices@mathmos.com.
• Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Mathmos Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at www.Mathmos.com.
• Mathmos Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
