Indirect procurement

As Matas Group continues to operate as one integrated Nordic retail group across the Matas and KICKS banners, we are taking steps to realise the full potential of our scale and presence across the Nordic markets.

This includes strengthening our group-wide Indirect Procurement setup to better align how we work with suppliers across countries and banners. Our objective is to simplify collaboration, consolidate volumes, and establish clear, consistent commercial frameworks – creating efficiencies for Matas Group while also providing our suppliers with a single point of entry to a broader Nordic market.

As part of this program, we are creating an Indirect procurement function and are in the process of verifying the data and securing commercial arrangements for the suppliers we wish to continue to do business with.
