Over the past two decades, Weber Manufacturing Technologies has developed unique intellectual property and technical expertise in Nickel Vapor Deposition (NVD)—enabling them to build precision nickel products and authentically replicate the random grain depths and all the natural characteristics of real wood and leather. This patented process consists of taking a silicone cast of the actual material and then creating highly specialized nickel tools, which are used to transfer the grain. The final product is a MASTERGRAIN fibreglass door that is virtually indistinguishable from the look and feel of a real wood door.
